SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

As a small business, we strive to provide you with the best products and service. While we cannot offer the same speed and flexible return and refund policies as large corporations like Amazon, we are committed to providing fair and reasonable policies to our customers.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact our team within five (5) days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please note that some restrictions may apply, so we encourage you to read the policies below before making a purchase.
SHIPPING POLICY
You can expect your order in 5-7 business days. We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please be aware that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the availability of our products.
All orders will be shipped with a valid USPS tracking number. If you did not receive an email, please check your junk/spam folder.

It's your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. We do not provide shipping refunds for packages sent to the wrong address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped to the correct address. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please visit our FAQ page.

RETURN POLICY
If you'd like to make a return, please email us within five days of receiving your order. Please include your first and last name and your order number.
Apparel and accessories must be unworn, unwashed, and free of scent and pet hair. The original, sealed plastic wrap must be on all CDs, vinyl, and other media. Gift boxes, special promotions, sale and clearance goods, and merch purchased at live events are ineligible for a refund. All sales are final.
Each gift box has been through a quality check and contains an inspection card that verifies all items are included.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item. We will not refund or cover additional shipping costs to if you provided an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Place your return in its original packaging and ship it back to us with a tracking number to the following address:

Don't forget to give us a tracking number! We are not responsible for packages returned without tracking data.

Once we receive your package, you can expect a refund within five business days (less the shipping cost).
EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to high demand and varying stock levels, we do not offer exchanges unless your item is damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
We inspect every item carefully before it ships and use protective packaging to maintain the quality of our goods. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will make it right.

"Defective" items include, but are not limited to:

CDs that do not play

T-shirts with holes or visible damage upon arrival

Items that arrive with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, misprinted designs, missing components)
However, we do not assume responsibility for items damaged during shipping. This includes external damage, such as cracked jewel cases for CDs or other packaging-related issues, which do not affect the functionality of the product itself and are not considered "defective."
