Purgatory is a reminder that while it may seem like the end of the world, we can redeem ourselves. We have a choice to make right now: do we continue to sin, or do we change our ways?

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Return Guidelines

    If you'd like to make a return,  please email info@acidrap.com within seven (7) days of the delivery date to start the return process.

    • Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, free of scent and hair, and in its original packaging.

    • Sale, clearance, and limited edition items and merchandise purchased at live events are NOT eligible for a refund.

    • All music purchases must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

    • The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns. Once we receive the item(s) back and confirm it's in re-sellable condition, you will receive a product refund (not including shipping).

    Exchanges

    We do not offer exchanges due to high demand and varying stock levels. Please place an entirely new order for any new or alternate items that you would like.

     

    Defective/Wrong Item Received

    We inspect every item carefully before it ships and use protective packaging to maintain the quality of our goods. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, we will make it right.​

     

    "Defective" items include, but are not limited to:

    • CDs that do not play
    • T-shirts with holes or visible damage upon arrival
    • Items that arrive with clear manufacturing defects (e.g., broken zippers, misprinted designs, missing components)

    However, we do not assume responsibility for items damaged during shipping. This includes external damage, such as cracked jewel cases for CDs or other packaging-related issues, which do not affect the functionality of the product itself and are not considered "defective." 

     

    Submitting a Return

    • Ship the item back to us in the original shipping packaging. 

    • Include a print-out of your original order form and a copy of your email correspondence with customer service so we can reference your order once we receive the returned merchandise.

    • Once we receive the package, we will confirm refund eligibility and issue a refund to the original payment method within ten (10) business days.

    • Be sure to obtain a tracking number for your package. We aren't responsible for rogue packages – please return all items with a valid tracking number.
